We conduct empty and full laboratory instrument and appliance temperature and humidity mapping loggers to assess temperature distribution front to back and top to bottom, including freezer temperature mapping. Power loss and open-door recovery studies are included.

Temperature & Humidity Mapping of Incubators, ovens and Chambers

We conduct empty and full temperature and humidity mapping of standard incubators CO2 and O2 incubators and chambers to assess temperature and humidity distribution. UV sensors are used to measure photo stability and Co2 sensors to verify Carbon Dioxide levels are maintained.

Temperature & Humidity Mapping of Fridges & freezers

We conduct empty and full fridge and freezer including ULT freezers for temperature mapping loggers to assess temperature distribution front to back and top to bottom, including freezer temperature mapping. Power loss and open-door recovery studies are included.

At UK Laboratory Services we use several systems for temperature mapping and validation. We do this to ensure the system we use is best suited to your application.

For CO2 Incubators we use CO2 sensors to map CO2. This sensor provides 21 CFR Part 11 compliant data and allows us to map CO2 for the duration of the validation. This allows our engineers to ensure your CO2 Incubator is optimised for your process. Alongside our CO2 sensors we also use Lab sensors to map Temperature and Humidity. With a clear and concise Pass/Fail report detailing acceptance criteria for temperature, humidity and CO2.

Stability and Humidity Cabinets Validation

We have extensive experience in technical problem solving, maintenance, servicing, and validation of climatic chambers, humidity, stability cabinets, ovens, Incubators, CO2 & O2 incubators, and plant growth chambers. Thermal Compliance provides onsite assistance in the validation of chambers including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

Humidity (RH) and Temperature Mapping

At UK Laboratory Services we use highly accurate Relative Humidity & Temperature or (RH and Temp) data loggers calibrated to national standards to map temperature and humidity for stability and humidity cabinets. We perform the following tests:

• Work closely with you to minimise downtime and adhere to individual requests

• CO2 Mapping
• O2 Mapping
• Alarm Testing

We can do mapping for 1 hour to 365 days. Typically, we are requested for 24 hours or 7-day mapping. All our data loggers are calibrated with calibration certificates.

Work can be performed to Thermal Compliance protocols or work to your own onsite protocols. We deliver a comprehensive validation package including calibration certificates, annotated detailed raw data reports, graphs, photographs, probe location diagrams, and detailed reports.
